Wando soccer plays for 2nd straight state title Saturday, 53-game win streak on the line

Wando’s boys’ soccer team will put its 53-game win streak and undefeated season on the line Saturday against Nation Ford, as the Warriors look to repeat as S.C. Class 5A State Champions.

Wando (27-0) defeated River Bluff, 2-1, Tuesday to win the Lower State Championship and advance to the state title game. Wando remains ranked No. 1 in the country for prep soccer by USA Today and MaxPreps.
