Police are looking for suspects who robbed a North Charleston restaurant at gunpoint, and got into a shootout with an employee.

The robbery and shootout happened at Luz's Restaurant on Remount Road March 10.

A store employee told police two black men walked in and asked for change for a $50 bill.

When the cashier went to hand the men the money, he told police one of the suspects pulled a gun and demanded money.

That's when police say the cashier pulled a gun of his own, and exchanged gunfire with the would-be robbers. No one was injured.
