Happy birthday: feds arrest North Charleston murder suspects in Georgia

U.S. Marshals arrested two men Thursday wanted for murder in a deadly February shooting in North Charleston.

North Charleston Police confirm Dandre Middleton and Davon Heyward, both 35, were taken into custody today in Monroe, Georgia, about 30 miles east of Atlanta.

Thursday was Heyward's birthday, according to online records.

Middleton and Heyward, were wanted in connection to a deadly shooting Feb. 19 on Taylor Street.

21-year-old Ray Anthony Deas, Jr. died two days after the shooting at MUSC, according to the Charleston County Coroner's Office. Another person was wounded.

North Charleston Police say both Middleton and Heyward will be extradited back to South Carolina, where they will be charged with murder.
